Appointments & Cancellations
Your healing session is precisely held and dedicated solely to you. Because we reserve specialized clinical rooms and practitioner time, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled session.
- No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full rate of the treatment, and subsequent bookings will require pre-payment.
- For Group Bookings or specialized Premium Home Services, we request a 48-hour notice window for adjustments.
Punctuality & Arrival Time
To enjoy the full depth of your session without feeling rushed, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. This allows you to settle down, sip our herbal tea, and complete your initial pulse and tongue diagnosis baseline profile.
Sanctuary Etiquette
Desoil Acupuncture is a sanctuary for sensory decompression, neurological relief, and physical recovery. We invite you to step away from the noise of daily life:
- Digital Detox: Please switch all mobile phones and electronic devices to silent mode or turn them off completely upon entering the clinic.
- Quiet Voices: To protect the rest and deep meditation of other patients undergoing needle therapy, please maintain soft tones in all common pathways and waiting lounges.
- Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing is highly recommended to make accessing acupuncture points on the arms, legs, and back easier. We also provide professional drapes if needed.
Health & Medical Disclosures
Your physical well-being is our highest priority. Comprehensive safety starts with clear communication:
- Please provide an accurate, transparent update regarding any pre-existing health conditions, recent surgical procedures, pacemaker implants, or blood-thinning medications.
- Pregnancy Notice: If you are pregnant or suspect you might be, please inform us prior to needle insertion. Acupuncture is highly beneficial during pregnancy, but specific distal points must be completely omitted.
- If you are experiencing high fevers, infectious illness symptoms, or severe open skin inflammation, please contact us to comfortably reschedule your session to a safer date.
